All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Tribe Inn. A reservation is considered confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been paid.

Please ensure the details you provide at the time of booking — including names, dates and guest numbers — are accurate.

Payment terms, including any deposit and balance due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation and refund terms will be shared with your booking confirmation and may vary by season and package. We recommend reviewing them carefully before confirming.

Given our remote mountain location, we encourage guests to consider suitable travel insurance.

Guided experiences such as stargazing, yoga retreats and adventure expeditions are weather- and condition-dependent. For your safety, we may modify, reschedule or cancel an activity, and will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.

Participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risks. Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions and for following the guidance of our team.

We ask all guests to respect our property, our team, fellow guests, the local community and the natural environment. We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay in cases of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tribe Inn shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions or acts of nature.
